Client brief
An initial meeting gives the chance to fully understand your aspirations, branding, culture and requirements to be able to come up with the best possible design solution for your needs.
Measured survey
It’s always helpful to see the site first to understand the space. Where a cad drawing is unavailable, a full measured survey can be carried out to capture the space and turn it into a cad drawing.
Interior design scheme
With the use of coloured plans, 3D visuals and sample boards help the client to visualise and fully understand what the space will look like.
Furniture & finishes
Everything from the floor and wall finishes, light fittings and furniture can be specified to achieve the right look and fit within your budget.
Full working drawings
Once the design scheme has been signed off, a full working drawing package is produced to enable the contractor to build the project. This can include General Arrangement Layout, Demolition Layout, Setting Out, Ceiling & Lighting Layout, Electrical / Data drawing, Wall & Floor Finishes Layouts, detail drawings and Furniture & Finishes Schedules.
Building regulations
Liaising with building control ensures that the scheme fully meets latest building regulations.
